01I’m not a tech person. How will I know what my software needs?
You don’t need to know anything about software or AI. That’s our job. During your free 60-minute in-person audit we ask you to walk us through a normal day: how customers reach you, how you price work, where jobs get delayed, and what annoys you most about your current tools. From your answers we design the screens and automations, and you review them in plain English.
02Do we have to get rid of QuickBooks, our email or our phone numbers?
No. You keep your phone numbers, Gmail or Outlook, and QuickBooks. Your custom system connects to them so information flows automatically, ending the messy spreadsheets and double typing in between.
03Will my team actually use it if they hate new technology?
Yes. Software is confusing when it makes people click through 50 menus they don’t need. We build around your team’s daily habits so they only see the buttons their job needs, and we train them face-to-face at your workplace until everyone is comfortable.
04What does “owned by you” mean, and who hosts it?
Three parts. One: you own the software and your data from day 1, with $0 software rent. Two: by default we host it for you on your own isolated private server, with daily encrypted backups, a monthly test-restore and up to 4 small tweaks a month (30 minutes each). Three: if you'd rather run it on your own server, we set that up for you (see the last question). Phone, text and AI usage is billed directly to your own accounts. Raw spreadsheet and file exports of your records are always $0 within 5 business days.
05Where is our data kept, and can we run it on our own server?
Your data sits on your own secure, isolated private server in a US data center, never mixed with other companies’ records and never used to train public AI models. Every night we run encrypted backups, and each month we test-restore them and send you the verification log. If you’d rather run it on your own server or cloud account, choose our In-House Server Setup & Employee Training at signup or any time later. The fee is 18 times your monthly hosting rate, on top of the build. We set up your server, install your software, write a plain-English operations manual, train your designated employee in person across 3 sessions, and give you a 30-day warranty. After that you pay your own server, phone and AI bills directly.
